We offer extensive free weights and functional training areas along with all the cardio kit you will need. Whether you are training to lose weight, build strength or just looking to move a little bit more, we cater for all abilities. At no added cost your membership will give you access to both locations.

Gym Co Cityside is located on the 3rd floor of the Cityside Leisure & Retail Park. Situated opposite Yorkgate train station and close to the M1/M2 motorway links. The park offers over 1000 free parking spaces and other amenities within 5 minutes of Belfast City Centre. 

Gym Co Finaghy is located in the Devenish Complex, next to Finaghy Train and also offers free parking, on site Café, Hairdresser, Beauty Salon & Sunbeds.
