My training philosophy is based on nothing more than my lifelong passion for helping people achieve what they have set out to do, and it has been developed over a lifetime of gathering and testing the knowledge that will benefit you from the moment you start training with me. My training philosophy will create a new you, building a better body and a healthier mind from scratch, using my lifetime of trial and error to help you sidestep the minefield of conflicting fitness information and provide you with trustworthy and impactful knowledge. I believe that both men and woman should undertake resistance training in order to see results.

No matter what age, sex or weight you are they are numerous ways that we can work together to help achieve those goals you have set. Fitness is not a choice – it is a lifelong commitment. Give 5% of your time most days to exercise and you will reap the benefits, whether it is in your mindset, wellbeing or appearance – fitness has a place for everyone.
