Not only do I like to change my clients physiques but what I think is most important is their mindset. I always try get my clients to change their mindset and the rest will follow. Too many people want things “NOW” and they don’t realise it’s a journey and a long term project. I always tell my clients to stay Consistent, be Patient and everything will fall Into place. People don’t realise that it takes time for the body and mind to adapt to change so patience is key and don’t adapt the mindset of “I want it now”. My training philosophy is not only changing body and mind but teaching every client I have about the ways and means of training. What it’s working, how to do it, why your doing it etc.


Just wanna give you a big thanks for the help and support throughout my journey to compete in the show. Really enjoyed the personal training sessions as not one of them was the same, everything was kept interesting and good techniques, as well as doing exercises that suited to me. It was a real learning process and I gained so much knowledge from you. Was very beneficial having the support from yourself at any time of the day and helping me along the way if it was through the dieting or if I was struggling with the training myself you helped me through it. Thouroughly enjoyed the training and the entire process wouldn’t have been able to do it without you.

I can’t thank you enough for what u have helped me achieve this past year. Never thought that this time last year that today I’d be 5 stone lighter. I couldn’t have done it without your support, knowledge and guidance. You made me feel extremely comfortable in an environment I wasn’t use to and have helped me gain a new found interest in training. I haven’t only lost weight but I feel like a completely different person I now have confidence that I didn’t have before and actually enjoy going on nights out instead of being depressed, sitting in and getting comfort from fast food.. this is only the start for me and I’ll always be grateful for what I have achieved with you.
