Why are these my aims?
Because I believe these are more important than any weight number on the scales. To actually feel confident in your own skin, to feel attractive to your partner, to be able to put on your favourite dress or look in the mirror and feel good!
How do I achieve these aims?
Through changing and growing you a new mindset. See when you aren’t training and when you aren’t eating, your mindset takes over and this is where most go wrong. They give up; they feel inadequate, they don’t feel they deserve to lose weight, they become demotivated, they binge and come off their diet because their Mindset isn’t right.
